Meet Sindhal, founder of Sangam InfoAnalytics

Five years testing other people's software taught me exactly how software fails in the field — on a bad connection, on an old laptop, on the day of a deadline. That is why my products ship with real QA suites behind them, not demos.

I build from Junagadh, not Bangalore, and that is the point. My customers are the shopkeeper down the road, the CA carrying 200 clients, the metal-finishing unit with 15 workers. I am in the same market I sell to, and I hear the complaint before it becomes a support ticket.

The method is AI-first. I design, spec, build, test and ship end to end using AI as the engineering team. That is how a one-person company has 15+ products live instead of one slide deck.

  • Metal finishing unit, Gujarat

    Inward photos and challans were being shared in WhatsApp groups, exposing party names and designs to competitors.

    Approach →One unique lot number now carries every photo, dimension and stage from inward to dispatch, with a kiosk-style tally screen supervisors lock stage by stage.

    Result →Colour-batching means every lot needing the same shade is finished the same day, and nothing leaves the shop floor in a group chat.

  • Industrial machinery manufacturer, Gujarat

    Five phones and a mailbox all full, with machine demo videos sent by hand to every enquiry.

    Approach →A single hosted video library with shareable links, plus enquiry and customer tracking.

    Result →The Drive-link-over-WhatsApp habit is gone; every enquiry is tracked to a person.

  • Specialist clinic, Gujarat

    The whole practice ran on paper, and every vendor pitched a subscription that locked them in.

    Approach →Built as a one-time owned build on a free-tier stack instead: patient history from enrolment, per-patient meal plans, weight and nutrition tracking.

    Result →The practice owns the system, pays no monthly rent, and backups are taken before any deletion or deployment.

    A call and a site visit where possible; the problem is almost never the one stated first.

    Scope and quote

    A fixed written scope with a fixed price, before any code.

  3. 03

    Build and show

    Working software in front of you every few days, not a status update.

  4. 04

    Ship and support

    Go live, then fix and extend on a support agreement. You own what I build.

Typical first build: 2–6 weeks. Fixed price. No subscriptions unless you want one.
